It is important for us that you have a good relationship with our technicians.
Can I ask questions to the technicians?
Sure you can, your technician is there for you to answer all your questions.
Do all services have the same price?
Yes, all services have the same price to keep it simple.
Do I have to pay to select a service at kangaroo IT?
No, you can select a topic you would like and make an appointment. The process is completely for free. The payments are made after the job been successfully completed.
How longs is a service going for?
All services are minimum for 1 hr. If more time needed it can be added in 30min blocks.
How can I combine multi topic for one service?
Select Express Help IT or one topic you would like.
Explain your request in the comment section and submit it to us.
Our technician will get prepared for your request.
How can I cancel my appointment?
The easiest way to cancel an appointment is to contact our support by E-mail or phone.

How much is a service at Kangaroo IT?
$150 for the first 1 hr. Any addidtional 30min $75
When do I have to pay for the service?
When your technician will complete successfully your needs. The payment are made on site.
Which payment method do you accept?
We accept Eftpost, Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Cash.
The technician has not completed the job, can I get a refund?
It is very important for us, the payment are made only when you are happy with our service. However if the payment been process and you still having issues within 7 to 10 days (depends of the job), you are more then welcome to get a 1hr warrenty service for free.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes of course. Please note to cancel your appointment 24hrs before.
